About New Season

New Season Treatment Centers is a leading national healthcare service provider of outpatient treatment centers specializing in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder.

Job Summary:

  • New Season operates nationally recognized and accredited methadone treatment centers dedicated to helping individuals with prescription drug abuse and/or opiate addiction regain control of their lives.
  • We prioritize treating patients with dignity and respect throughout their treatment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete patient intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
  • Document patient progress through counseling and interaction.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Identify and address clinical/case management needs.
  • Perform individual, group, and family counseling as required.
  • Report patient abuse, neglect, and exploitation as necessary.
  • Report patient grievances as required.
  • Educate patients on treatment, health issues, and recovery steps.
  • Obtain Urine Drug Screens and patient photo identification.
  • Monitor patient activities on center premises.
  • Participate in community relations activities as directed.
  • Ensure compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164.
  • Maintain proper licensure and/or certification according to state requirements.
  • Participate in survey preparations and inspections.
  • Attend staff meetings and ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and company rules.

Requirements:

  • Education/Licensure/Certification: Master's degree in a related field; experience in substance abuse preferred.
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 500 hours in substance abuse.
  • Skill and Ability: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and be dependable and reliable.
