Community Sales Role
Lifespace Communities is seeking a skilled Sales Counselor to join our dynamic Sales team. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a critical role in delivering a purpose-driven experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and/or improve upon the occupancy level and revenue production of the community in accordance with the marketing and business plans.
- Complete sales calls and close sales to achieve individual sales goals and targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, family, and professional referral sources to generate leads.
- Collaborate with other sales team members and management to plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field highly preferred.
- Five years sales experience, with sales experience within a senior living environment preferred.
