Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential Business to Business clients and deliver commercial insurance proposals to attract new business.
- Formulate and execute a client acquisition strategy in collaboration with agency management to meet personal and organizational objectives.
- Regularly assess progress towards goals, making necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met.
- Strengthen relationships with current agency clients and identify opportunities for additional product offerings.
- Comply with all agency policies and procedures while collaborating effectively with fellow agency staff.
Qualifications
- Strong ambition for financial achievement.
- A genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
- Proven ability to foster relationships and recognize key influencers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive demeanor.
- A valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required as part of the hiring process.
- A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in business-to-business sales is preferred.
