Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at LONG Building Technologies, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing parts sales and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on inventory selection, new parts, and service availability.
  • Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Plan and execute territory coverage, visiting key accounts regularly to promote our products and services.
  • Take orders, introduce new products and promotions, and reemphasize existing products and services as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the HVAC equipment industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with HVAC equipment and industry trends.
  • No prior experience is required, as we are open to candidates with transferable skills and a passion for sales and customer service.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced sales environment, with regular travel to customer sites and occasional overtime.

Physical Requirements
  • Routine sitting, lifting, bending, and kneeling.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
