Job Overview:
In the role of Leasing Manager, you will be pivotal in leading the leasing team, overseeing sales initiatives, and managing external marketing and promotional activities.
Your duties will encompass crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies, delivering outstanding customer service to both current and prospective residents, and conducting market research.
You will be actively involved in showcasing, leasing, and facilitating the move-in process for potential residents, while ensuring timely updates on unit availability.
Additionally, you will manage rental applications, maintenance requests, and collections in line with Red Tail's operational standards.Your responsibilities will also include clerical and telephone support, maintaining precise resident files, inspecting apartments to ensure they meet Red Tail's quality standards prior to occupancy, and demonstrating proficiency in resolving resident concerns.
You will conduct move-out inspections as necessary and undertake any additional tasks assigned by your Supervisor.Key Responsibilities:
Essential skills required include a strong ability to address the needs of residents, prospects, and vendors.

Qualifications:
Marketing and Advertising:
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms
Exceptional leasing, sales, and closing abilities.
Computer Skills:
Intermediate proficiency in computer and internet applications
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred familiarity with software programs such as Yardi, Voyager, and CRM systems.
Learning and Development:
Commitment to ongoing professional development and career advancement through the company's continuing education initiatives.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and utilize all on-site resident management software functions.
Professional Experience:
A minimum of two years as a leasing consultant in the multi-family sector.
A minimum of one year in a management role related to marketing and/or advertising within the multi-family industry or a related field.
Special Requirements:
Physical Demands:
The team member will frequently be required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using their feet, legs, back, arms, and hands.
The team member will be required to work at a personal computer and communicate on the phone for extended periods.
Must be able to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and work extended/flexible hours and weekends as necessary.Attendance/Travel:
This is a full-time position and may require availability for some evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation in company functions and events is also expected.
