Human Resources Assistant Specialist

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Assistant Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by providing administrative support to our HR department. As a Human Resources Assistant Specialist, you will be responsible for processing personnel actions, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment efforts.
We offer a competitive salary of $54,940 - $84,492 per year, based on location and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off, we also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a federal government agency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
