  1. Welcoming Guests: Greet visitors warmly and manage the registration process, which encompasses entering and retrieving data from the system, confirming guest details and rates, selecting accommodations, coding electronic keys, and distributing welcome materials.
  2. Check-Out Assistance: Facilitate the check-out process by ensuring accurate billing for rooms and services, utilizing the point-of-sale system, processing various payment methods, and managing currency conversions.
  3. Knowledge of Hotel Services: Maintain an in-depth understanding of hotel offerings, including room types, pricing, packages, and local attractions, to effectively address guest inquiries.
  4. Upselling Techniques: Employ strategies to promote hotel amenities and maximize occupancy rates.
  5. Guest Support: Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
  6. Message Management: Receive, document, and relay messages to guests as needed.

Compensation:
