River Crossing YMCA is seeking a highly skilled Aquatics Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Aquatics Specialist will be responsible for providing direct service on the pool deck, lifeguarding, and teaching swim lessons to our members.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Lifeguard and respond to emergencies in a timely and professional manner
  • Teach swim lessons to members of all ages and skill levels
  • Assist with pool operations and maintenance as needed

Requirements:

  • College degree (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in pool management or administration (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of swim lesson experience (preferred)
  • American Red Cross certification for Lifeguarding
