Sales and Customer Service Manager

TriMkt is a growing company seeking a Sales and Customer Service Manager who can thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will lead sales and customer service efforts, working closely with key decision-makers to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate progress and expectations between clients and team members.
- Advise customers on our client's top services and provide training to enhance their understanding.
- Deliver presentations to customers, reporting on project progress and completion.
- Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and best practices.
- Analyze customer retention rates to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Professional communication style.
- Marketing experience.
- Sales experience.
- Previous experience in project management or as an Account Manager.
- Excellent listening and resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform effectively in high-stress situations.
- Strong teamwork and task adaptability skills.
- High school diploma with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
