Del Sol Medical Center is seeking an experienced neurosurgeon to develop and implement a new service line, driving growth and excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the new service line, aligning with the hospital's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- Lead and manage a team of neurosurgeons and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, payers, and other stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neurosurgery and implement best practices to ensure the service line remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- Board eligible or board certified in neurosurgery.
- 3-5 years of experience in neurosurgery, with a strong track record of leadership and service line development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and patient safety.
