Transportation Specialist II/CDL Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Specialist II/CDL Driver to join our team at TransForce. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers, maintaining accurate records, and providing outreach services to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport passengers safely and efficiently, adhering to driving policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and passenger interactions.
- Provide outreach services, including delivery of library books, medical equipment, and food shopping for shut-ins.
- Assist with van maintenance, including routine checks and preventative maintenance.
- Report any deficiencies or problems with vehicles to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Valid and current MA CDL - Class B - Passenger Endorsement Driver's License.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 5 years' experience working with the elderly or Associates Degree.
- College degree in a related field is a plus.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work as a team player.
