About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced auditor to join our team and contribute to the development of our internal audit framework. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of control frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and identifying areas for improvement. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us maintain a strong control environment and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement control frameworks to assess and improve existing processes
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement internal controls
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Lead meetings and train new team members
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or public accounting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced technology skills, including experience with Power BI and Alteryx
  • Knowledge of GAAP, IT and Cybersecurity frameworks, and ESG regulations
