About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide pediatric home health services for clients in Wichita, KS, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, review, and revision of the plan of care.
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment, individual plan of care, as authorized by the client's payer source.
  • Observe, record, and report reactions to treatment and any changes in the client's condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician.
  • Provide ongoing instruction and supervision of the client, family, or other care team personnel in the plan of treatment.
  • Monitor and record the patient's condition and document provided care services via electronic charting.
  • Participate in education programs, quality assessment activities, nurse's meetings, and other staff meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Positive, Professional attitude.
