Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Mixer to join our team at The Reserves Network Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for mixing chemical batches according to standard formulas and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Batch Preparation: Review daily mix schedules and ensure the necessary raw materials are available for production.
  • Mixing and Blending: Accurately add raw materials to the mixes manually and mix batches using variable agitation.
  • Quality Control: Perform routine observations of product during the mixing and filling process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes, or mixed batches to Quality personnel.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Properly clean out mix tanks and operate fork trucks safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 0-2 years related experience required.
  • Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability, team player, and detail-oriented.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Forklift experience is a plus.
