About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at Prisma Health. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Office Operations: You will be responsible for managing front office operations, including patient registration, scheduling, and billing.
- Patient Communication: You will provide excellent communication and customer service to patients and families, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to our medical staff, including preparing charts, updating patient records, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing patient accounts, including billing, collections, and financial counseling.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our medical staff and other front office team members to ensure seamless patient care and administrative support.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a technical specialty preferred.
- Experience: No previous experience required; multi-specialty group practice setting experience preferred.
