Position Overview:
The Diagnostic Ultrasound Specialist is responsible for performing ultrasound examinations in accordance with established ARDMS standards. This role emphasizes the importance of patient care and collaboration with physicians, ensuring that all procedures are conducted with the utmost professionalism and adherence to company protocols.

Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly compensation is set at $62.33, contingent upon experience, skills, and qualifications. The organization provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, alongside a robust 401K plan. New employees are entitled to 17 days of paid time off, 9 recognized holidays, and additional benefits such as profit sharing and reimbursement for continuing education.

Job Location: This position requires flexibility as it may involve covering various locations as needed.

Work Schedule: Full-time employment at 1.0 FTE, requiring 40 hours of work from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures by providing clear explanations and guidance.
  • Gather pertinent patient history related to the ultrasound examination.

  • Accurately execute orders from referring physicians.
