We are seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to join our team at the Department of Defense. As a Program Analyst - Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure (TSFD) requirements and export control compliance missions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert support to the implementation of TSFD requirements and support export control compliance missions of the organization.
- Support the Principal Disclosure Authority (PDA) by coordinating sensitive cases on the National Disclosure Policy System (NDPS) and preparing the PDA for monthly National Disclosure Policy Committee (NDPC) meetings.
- Help develop disclosure documentation and perform TSFD reviews to support acquisition programs.
- Prepare export control compliance-related documentation, such as validation of use of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) exemptions and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), in the support of defense acquisition programs.
- Ensure tracking of TSFD and Export Control compliance actions.
- Provide recommendations on proposed OSD high-interest transactions involving international agreements, TSFD, and export control compliance policy and decisions based on comprehensive analysis and DoD/interagency coordination with Departments of State, Commerce, Homeland Security, and Justice.
- Participate in DoD and interagency international agreement, TSFD, and export control processes.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Males born after must be registered or exempt from Selective Service.
- May be required to successfully complete a probationary/trial period.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Required to participate in the direct deposit program.
- This position is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
- Employee must obtain/maintain a Special Sensitive (TS/SCI) security clearance.
- This position may require travel away from your normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft
