We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Ambassador for Transcarotid Artery Revascularization to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and sales of our TCAR procedure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality support to accounts, ensuring procedural success and superior outcomes for Silk Road Medical products
- Drive safe adoption and superior outcomes of TCAR procedures by providing sound technical and clinical support
- Support TCAR teams with appropriate products, clinical literature, and pre-case planning strategy
- Educate implanting teams on proper indications for TCAR procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and relevant literature
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal customer support and product improvement
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and handle administrative responsibilities
- Report device complaints to proper departments within quality assurance within Silk Road Medical
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and training sessions
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Stay current with local, national, and international regulations, standards, and guidelines applicable to medical devices and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization
- Bachelor's degree or technical degree or comparable experience
- Typically, 8+ years clinical, medical device, or related experience
- Experience in a consultative role in an applicable vascular environment; i.e., operating room setting
We offer a competitive salary range of $160 to $180k, bonus opportunities, and equity in accordance with company policy. Additionally, we provide robust and affordable benefits with modest employee contributions.
