- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving billing-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Energy Manager to identify opportunities for energy savings and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Utilize auditing tools to verify accuracy of data entered into the Utility Manager Database and analyze utility usage patterns to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (with a strong emphasis on Excel), database programs, and project management and accounting software (Oracle preferred).
