Job Overview

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Energy Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of utility bills and identifying opportunities for energy savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the accuracy of utility bills and ensure that all facilities receive a bill for each billing period.
  • Perform audits of utility bills to ensure that charges and usage are accurate.
  • Pursue reimbursement from utilities for incorrectly billed charges.
  • Identify trends and peak billing cycles for the Energy Manager.
  • Utilize trend data to create graphs, charts, and reports as required.
  • Regularly review meter data and compare bill charges.
  • Assist the Energy Manager in expanding the current metering program.
  • Analyze utility usage patterns to determine opportunities for energy savings and discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, construction management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in analysis in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (with a strong emphasis on Excel), database programs, and project management and accounting software (Oracle preferred).
