About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mount Sinai Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Provide Direct Patient Care

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse range of patients, including those with complex medical needs.

Collaborate with Healthcare Team

Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.

Contribute to Quality Improvement

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Lead and Mentor

Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, and contribute to the development of new nursing staff.

Requirements
  • Education and Certification

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent, and current RN licensure in the state of New York.

Experience and Skills

At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting, with a strong background in multispecialty care.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
