Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Circle Leader to join our team at the Fountainview Center. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents with dementia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in program design and implementation that responds to the needs, interests, and abilities of our residents.

• Provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of the Program Director, ensuring the highest level of care and dignity for our residents.

• Demonstrate initiative and reliability in performing assigned duties, with a focus on maintaining a calm and quiet environment to minimize confusion and frustration.

• Assist in planning programs and activities that cater to the individual interests and needs of our residents, promoting a sense of control and independence.

• Document all responses and attendance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of resident interactions and activities.

• Collaborate with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for our residents and their families.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in good standing and completion of Fountainview's Dementia Intensive Training Program.

• Ability to work well with others, take direction, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• Successful completion of specified Circle Leader education training and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
