Full Circle Restoration is seeking a highly motivated Regional Account Executive to drive growth and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced environment. As the primary sales driver, you will be responsible for developing new client partnerships, nurturing existing accounts, and executing strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prospect potential clients, plan and document sales strategies.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing tactics to meet company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the face of the company to field engineers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct professional sales calls, discuss disaster plans, recommend services, and provide follow-up support.
- Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies to enhance our market presence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or client services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to engage and influence.
- Self-driven with a knack for working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
