Position Summary

We are in search of a talented and passionate Bartending Specialist to become part of our team at Federales Dallas, located in the lively Deep Ellum District. If you have a passion for providing exceptional service in a dynamic bar environment, this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with patrons, guiding them in their food and beverage selections
  • Exhibit knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines
  • Craft specialty cocktails with precision
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Efficiently process orders from servers
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the bar prior to each shift

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume environment

  • Skill in fostering strong connections with guests through our menu
  • Expertise in specialty cocktails and a genuine enthusiasm for our offerings
