Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.

  • Collaborate with district manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The store is open 7 days a week, and the manager must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this job include standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and bending and twisting to perform tasks. The manager must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift and move objects as needed.
