- Experience in Treatment Planning and Presenting Treatment Plans to support Case Acceptance
- Must understand compliance with state dental practice requirements (i.e., X-ray requirements, OSHA training, Cone Beam Imaging etc.)
- Experience with Dental Insurance and/or Medical Insurance
- Excellent professional, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels
- Experience with PMS systems- for example Dentrix dental software, Eaglesoft
- Detail-oriented, ability to multitask
- Strong work ethic
- Able to operate effectively independently

- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- BS/BA- RDA, RDH degree highly preferred
- 2+ years of Direct Supervisory or Management experience
- 5+ years of Dental Field Experience
- 5+ years of Training experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Advanced PowerPoint
