Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Services Nurse Manager - Perioperative Leadership to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative operations of our surgical services unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 15+ direct reports in providing exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical and administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CMS standards and the Standards of Nursing Care and Practice.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Requirements
- Current CNOR certification or willingness to obtain.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in perioperative leadership, with a focus on surgical services.
- Proven track record of improving patient outcomes, reducing costs, and enhancing quality of care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
