Position Summary

We invite you to join our team as a dynamic Engineering Project Manager, where you will oversee all facets of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) engineering projects. This role requires collaboration with diverse teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are executed successfully while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

This is a full-time role with minimal travel requirements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets while liaising with teams and regulatory authorities.
  • Design Collaboration: Promote teamwork across disciplines to ensure designs meet regulatory standards and client specifications.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing project updates and managing their expectations.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring safety protocols are upheld.
  • Resource Management: Enhance project outcomes by effectively allocating resources within budgetary limits.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain stringent quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity of project deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Guide project teams, fostering a collaborative atmosphere to achieve shared goals.

Essential Skills

Qualifications
