Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate service requests to determine coverage and necessary actions.
  • Foster strong relationships with homeowners, Customer Care Coordinators, and trade partners, providing regular updates on service requests and warranty details.
  • Conduct follow-ups to confirm timely completion of warranty repairs, ensuring homeowner satisfaction.
  • Engage in Eliant Survey reviews to enhance response rates and satisfaction metrics.
  • Perform quality inspections and orientations in line with company protocols.
  • Complete essential documentation accurately and within set timelines.
  • Manage warranty costs effectively, negotiating with trade partners as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and construction teams to maintain high-quality standards in new homes.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge to guide homeowners on maintenance and performance expectations.
  • Assist in preparing homes for delivery to buyers, ensuring quality control.
  • Update Customer Care databases with relevant scheduling and service information.
  • Coordinate with trade partners for necessary repairs in homeowners' residences.
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments as required.
  • Monitor industry trends and collaborate with production and purchasing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Uphold a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety policies and training.
  • Review Customer Care reports to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience in home construction or customer care.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in residential customer care or construction.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
