Job Description:

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Lead who will lead ERP teams through multiple full-cycle implementations with Public Sector customers. This position requires a proven track record of providing consistent and innovative solution leadership to project teams. The ideal candidate should own the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring highly performant, coordinated software solutions within time and budget constraints. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead and analyze business needs to ensure the Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry standard processes, product knowledge, and discernment. The selected candidate will exercise judgment and business insight in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations. Furthermore, the candidate will provide direction and mentoring to project teams, effectively influence customer leadership on key decisions, and support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise and resolve sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. The candidate should have expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or the ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

Responsibilities:

• Provides consistent and innovative solution leadership to a project team.
• Owns the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring highly performant, coordinated software solutions within time and budget constraints.
• Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry standard processes, product knowledge, and discernment.
• Exercises judgment and business insight in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations.
• Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience relevant to this position including 5 years of functional consulting experience.
• Prior team leadership or management experience preferred.
• Business process experience in the following areas: Cloud/e-Business Suite (EBS): 1-2 years of experience in Chart of Accounts and BCEA, budgetary controls, and encumbrance account. 5-10 years/solid across General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, and Cash Management.
• Ability to lead enterprise structure and chart of accounts design workshops.
• Holds BS in Accounting or related field OR equivalent experience.
• CPA is a plus.
• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%, when required.
