About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CORE Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence across our Everett, WA site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform business processes by deploying the RTX CORE Operating System and leveraging continuous improvement tools.
  • Collaborate with various departments to analyze system requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices across the facility.
  • Lead/co-lead/facilitate or participate in Continuous Improvement events, identify metrics for improvement, and follow the events through the implementation phase.
  • Drive site-wide implementation and utilization of the CORE Portal system as well as a link to the shop floor management system.
  • Champion change and continuous improvement, and facilitate the development and implementation of CORE strategies supporting aggressive business goals.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status).

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $77,000 - $163,000.
