Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Relationship Banker. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all applicable bank lending policies and practices, as well as state and federal regulations, are being followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate client meetings and communicate effectively with clients, loan officers, and other stakeholders.
  • Process and manage loan applications, including reviewing and verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain client files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform various banking transactions, including cash handling, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients and the maintenance of existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as loan origination and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
  • Stay up-to-date with bank products, services, and policies to effectively assist clients with their banking needs.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Five years of job-related experience, preferably in the financial industry.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other banking software applications.
