Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Private Wealth Banker to join our team at BOK Financial Corporation Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for making and servicing a wide variety of commercial and individual loans, both secured and unsecured, which are typically complex in nature.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate strategy and identify, evaluate, onboard, and structure key transactions to ensure continued financial health and maximum value creation through the entire product life cycle.
• Manage a portfolio of key and strategic customer relationships, developing and executing tailored solutions and strategies to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty while enhancing profitability.
• Negotiate loan proposals with customers, analyze and evaluate credit requests, and underwrite loan commitments, coordinating with the Private Wealth Underwriting group, recommending appropriate credit grade, making oral presentations to the loan committee, and implementing approval or declination actions.
• Monitor and manage existing credit relationships in coordination with the Private Wealth Underwriting group, including loan renewals, detailed analysis of financial statements and collateral valuations, credit analysis, cash flow analysis, delinquency reporting, documenting exceptions, and covenant monitoring.
• Serve as a relationship manager in the delivery of products and services across departmental and divisional lines, facilitating the resolution of operational problems for customers across divisional lines.
• Ensure that business activities within the area of responsibility comply with relevant external regulatory and/or voluntary codes and with internal policies and procedures to minimize business risk and protect the reputation of the organization.

Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field of study and 5-7 years of directly related experience in credit/banking and/or 8-10 years of equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
• Knowledge and understanding of commercial and consumer lending practices and loan documentation, and loan servicing requirements.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Demonstrated capacity to sell products/services within the financial services industry.
• Good understanding of credit underwriting, documentation, loan policy, and regulations.
• Good knowledge of financial analysis, including ratio and trend analysis, and projections.
• Thorough knowledge of client benefits offered by Brokerage, Investment management, Trust, and Insurance products and services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations.
• Good PC skills, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
