Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Role model exceptional customer service and promote a culture of honesty and integrity.

Requirements:

  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
