Are you a compassionate individual with a passion for supporting the elderly? Do you excel at building meaningful connections and fostering community? If so, consider the role of a Scheme Manager at Montezuma Winery, where you will assist our senior residents in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
Your daily responsibilities may include providing essential support to residents, followed by conducting site evaluations.You will also engage with various stakeholders to guide residents towards additional resources or specialized assistance, and organize community events that enhance resident involvement and well-being.
As a Scheme Manager, you will be integral to the Montezuma community, playing a vital role in addressing the practical needs and overall welfare of our residents.
Your work will involve collaborating with residents in managing their living spaces, enhancing and tailoring Montezuma's services to meet the unique needs of our older clientele.
To succeed in this position, you must be present at the residential scheme for five days a week, totaling 30 hours, and possess a valid driver's license along with access to a vehicle.
The scheme features 38 apartments and includes shared amenities such as a lounge and kitchen for residents' enjoyment.Your responsibilities encompass all facets of housing management, from property inspections to identifying challenges and gathering feedback to continuously enhance our services and resident satisfaction.

To excel in this position, you should be:- Experienced in providing assistance to vulnerable populations.
- Familiar with housing operations.
- Knowledgeable about the significance of accurate record-keeping and safeguarding practices.
- A licensed driver with access to a vehicle covered by appropriate insurance.
This position will necessitate an Enhanced DBS check.
