Job Summary

As a Weekend Server-AM at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be on taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that every guest has a positive experience and provides exceptional service.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Comply with all Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
  • Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations).
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
