Job Summary:
This Part-Time Sales Lead role is all about delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and productivity goals. You'll be the face of Quay in-store, working closely with customers and colleagues to ensure an unforgettable experience. With a focus on product knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for fashion, you'll thrive in this dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring they find the perfect pair of eyewear
- Maintain a consistent sales floor presence, interacting with customers and colleagues to drive sales and achieve productivity goals
- Develop and coach sales associates to ensure high-level performance and productivity
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of experience in fashion sales and leadership
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with coworkers
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, store openings, and closings according to business needs
Salary Estimate:
$50,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on experience and location)
