Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to software development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and architecture, to define and deliver software solutions.
- Design and develop technical solutions that are scalable, performant, and secure, using industry-standard best practices and technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that implementations adhere to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and participate in technical discussions, providing expertise and guidance on technical matters.

Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in software development, with a strong focus on technical leadership and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software development fundamentals, including design patterns, testing, and documentation.
- Experience with.NET development, including C# and ASP.NET.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
