Job Title: Automotive Senior Technician

Join Bridgestone Americas, a leading tire and automotive services company, as a Senior Automotive Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, while leading and mentoring a team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair advanced automotive systems, including electrical, fuel ignition, and computer systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical customers and team members.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of automotive repair experience, or completion of a vocational-technical school program in a related field.
  • A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8.
  • Valid automobile driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
