Project Overview

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support the development and implementation of alternative project delivery methods. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating activities related to alternative project delivery support and development.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide project management support within the alternative delivery environment to support future client procurements and contracts by facilitating solutions, monitoring deliverables, and tracking schedules.

* Manage and coordinate the development of key documents, procedures, and manuals to support the management of alternative delivery methods, including but not limited to:

**Alternative Delivery Manual**: Develop a comprehensive manual for the Authority to use as guidance in the management of Construction Manager General Contract (CMGC) and Progressive Design Build (PDB) projects.

**Delegation of Authority**: Collaborate with Authority stakeholders to develop a delegation of authority for CMGC and PDB in discussion/coordination with Legal.

**Contractor Manual**: Develop an alternative delivery manual for the construction manager to use for CMGC and PDB contractors during construction.

* Coordinate actions and deliverables at the direction of the Procurement Support Advisor.

* Act as a liaison between the Contract Management Branch, Rail and Operations Branch, Infrastructure Delivery Branch, and other stakeholders.

* Support and oversee rail infrastructure projects through all stages of procurement, design, construction, and close-out; coordinates project management responsibilities, reviews project progress, identifies deficiencies and opportunities, and recommends solutions.

* Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to the Authority.

Requirements

* Strong project management skills with experience in alternative project delivery methods.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

* Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
