Job Summary

Peraton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Task Manager to support senior executive-led organizations in short-term or medium-term deployments to offices as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in task management, coordination, and administration, with a focus on supporting senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior executive-led organizations in short-term or medium-term deployments to offices as necessary to temporarily backfill contractor performance gaps due to absences or vacancies.
  • Receive tasking via multiple vehicles and systems and process and route staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems.
  • Coordinate actions with proper elements within the customer space, across the IC, and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities.
  • Deployments to McLean for days to week durations possible to cover gaps in coverage/vacancies.

Qualifications

  • Requires a BS/BA with 18+ years of experience, a MS with 10+ years of experience, or no degree and 24 years of experience.
  • Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • For some deployments, candidates must operate within office requirements for specific hours coverage, but never more than 8 hours in any business day.
  • Experience in the following is required:
    • Supporting senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.
    • Receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
    • Processing and routing staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems.
    • Coordinating actions with proper elements within the customer space, across the IC, and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
