Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team at Diehl CDJR of Robinson.

The successful candidate will have experience in the retail/wholesale automotive parts industry and be focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and vendors to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter, stockroom, and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with the Body Shop & Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
  • Process parts orders from suppliers and receive, unpack, and store parts in a timely manner.
  • Verify the quantity and condition of goods received against invoices and purchase orders.
  • Process core returns, parts warranties, and parts returns as necessary.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 60 pounds.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in the retail/wholesale automotive parts industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
