We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a program at AnaVation, a leader in solving complex technical challenges for the Federal Intelligence Community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and management leadership for all project requirements.
  • Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives.
  • Direct and control activities for a client, with overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing.
  • Interact with clients and senior management to negotiate and interface.
  • Make decisions and apply domain knowledge to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, leading and guiding technical staff.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
  • Plan project stages and assess business implications.
  • Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or business-related programs.
  • Program Management Certification.
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in managing IT programs.
  • Working knowledge and experience managing technology, software, and IT infrastructure programs.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and hybrid cloud environments.
