Job Description

As a licensed Customer Service Representative at Todd Insurance Agency, Inc - Allstate, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with policy coverage questions, billing inquiries, and claims processing.
• Conduct insurance policy reviews to ensure customers have adequate coverage for their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insurance policy details.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies in all customer interactions.
• Address client concerns in a timely and effective manner, providing solutions and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

• Active SC Property & Casualty License is required.
• Must have previous Allstate customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• A strong dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
• Ability to pay close attention to details and maintain accuracy in customer records and communications.
