We are a dynamic health and wellness company in Waco, Texas, seeking passionate professionals to join our team as Stretch Therapists. As a Health and Wellness Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing expert customized assisted stretching services to our members.

**Salary Information**

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 per year, based on a 20-hour workweek with opportunities for additional hours. This rate is estimated and may vary depending on individual circumstances.

**Job Description**

As a Stretch Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences through our 1:1 Customized Assisted Stretching Services. You will receive comprehensive training in our nationally accredited Flexologist Program to equip you with the skills needed to succeed in our community events and studio.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

• A valid certification as an Active Personal Trainer or other fitness instructor
• Graduation from a trade school in bodywork (e.g., Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant)
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, related Allied Health, or pre-med major

**Additional Requirements**

• Ability to live in Waco or have reliable transportation to commute to Waco, Texas
• Passion for helping people move and feel better
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical strength, mobility, and stamina to provide assisted stretching services
• Lifelong learning attitude and commitment to staying curious
