Stretching Therapist

At StretchLab Waco, we're seeking a skilled professional to fill a key position in our team. As a highly sought-after healthcare specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and effective one-on-one assisted stretch sessions for up to 6 clients
• Motivate and engage clients throughout stretch sessions to promote optimal results
• Built strong relationships with clients to increase membership and retention
• Ensure strict adherence to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab's safety policies
• Attend regular staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field
• Handle client concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales associates and management to promote studio tours and sales
• Develop and maintain a strong social media presence to enhance client engagement and retention
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance to ensure seamless client experiences

Requirements:

• Passion for boutique fitness environments and stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates or yoga instruction, or dance
• Proven experience in a fitness or health environment with hands-on client training
• Fitness certification required
• Exceptional communication skills and a warm, empathetic demeanor
• Ability to create a welcoming environment for clients of all backgrounds
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
• Availability to complete our comprehensive Flexologist Training Program
