Movement Therapist

StretchLab Waco is seeking highly skilled Movement Therapists to join our team. With a passion for helping clients achieve flexibility and mobility, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced professionals who can deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as lead guided group stretching classes. As a Flexibility Specialist at StretchLab Waco, you will be responsible for creating a positive environment that welcomes all people and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes with attention to detail and a focus on client safety
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout sessions to help them achieve their goals
• Build strong relationships with clients and promote membership retention
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
• Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g. exercise science, kinesiology)
• Current certification in Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment with hands-on training experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
