This role involves comprehensive endpoint device management, including Tier 3 support across hardware, software, and mobile devices. As an Endpoint Management Solutions Specialist, you will assist in designing and developing cutting-edge solutions using agile methodologies to meet critical mission goals.

You will assess existing Tier 2 endpoint device solutions and collaborate with your team to enhance resolution speed, applying lessons learned to future challenges. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, alongside the ability to articulate complex issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Support Systems: Engineer and manage the entire lifecycle of systems for our customer program, from initial design through deployment to ongoing support.
  • Consult on M365 Migrations: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to plan and execute M365 workload migrations, ensuring compliance with FISMA, SP800-53 Rev5, and M-22-09 Zero Trust principles.
  • Manage Endpoint Devices: Oversee all aspects of endpoint device management, providing Tier 3 support for complex technical issues.
  • Project Leadership: Take ownership of endpoint management projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all objectives.
  • Develop Technical Solutions: Partner with internal experts to create innovative solutions for endpoint management, performing thorough analyses to gauge their effectiveness.
  • Effective Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates, particularly regarding Tier 3 support.
  • Mentorship: Lead and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Act as a technical expert for M365 and SharePoint adoptions, offering insights to enhance technology implementations.
  • Infrastructure Planning: Lead strategic plans for infrastructure development, providing recommendations aligning with business objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience in endpoint management and Tier 3 support, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Willingness to work on-site at our Washington, DC location.
  • Familiarity with FISMA, SP800-53 Rev5, and M-22-09 Zero Trust principles, and their application to endpoint management.
  • Experience applying System Engineering principles to endpoint management tasks.
  • Ability to analyze, design, develop, and test requirements related to Windows and mobile operating systems.
  • Proficiency in determining specifications and architecture for endpoint devices.
  • Strong communication skills for interactions with customers, particularly in Tier 3 support scenarios.
  • Experience integrating input from diverse sources into cohesive management solutions.
  • Knowledge of software development kits supporting mobile applications and cloud platforms.
  • Research skills to identify complex software solutions for endpoint device management.
  • Experience in deploying M365 environments for effective endpoint management.
  • Competency in documenting system-level designs and performance parameters.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3 support issues effectively.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Pay Range: $63,700 - $115,150
