What You Will Do

As our Manager of SEC Financial Reporting, you will be instrumental in ensuring our financial documents and disclosures are precise, timely, and fully compliant with SEC regulations. You will significantly contribute to our finance team, enhancing transparency and reliability in our financial communications.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Senior Manager of SEC reporting and technical accounting
  • Prepare the Company's periodic SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and assist with proxy statements; provide disclosure benchmarking
  • Assist in finalizing the earnings release, web schedules, and conference call scripts
  • Ensure consistency in the tie-out of the 10-Q/10-K with both earnings release and audit committee materials
  • Calculate EPS and prepare the statement of shareholders' equity along with weighted-average shares outstanding
  • Review and comprehend the preparation of the Statement of Cash Flows
  • Guarantee compliance with SOX controls and update SOX narratives
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining quarterly and annual accounting memos, such as going concern, impairment assessments, and related party information
  • Record or review stock compensation expense entries, flux analysis, and reconciliations
  • Record or review entries for share repurchases and RSU releases
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of stock awards or transactions and summarize findings (Excel)
  • Prepare and/or review quarterly PRSU multipliers
  • Engage in global mandatory sustainability reporting, and new FASB and SEC standards to ensure accurate reporting
  • Understand the implications of acquisitions and divestitures for SEC reporting purposes
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, including multi-national and public company SEC reporting experience
  • Big 4 experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Fundamental knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting regulations
  • Familiarity with global sustainability reporting is beneficial
  • Accountable, taking ownership over outcomes and public-facing information; self-starter
  • Ability to understand the needs of internal stakeholders, articulate issues clearly, and present findings
  • Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google spreadsheets
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to delve into details and perform necessary analysis
  • Team player demonstrating emotional intelligence in all situations
  • Experience with Oracle, DOMO, and/or Workiva is advantageous
