About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of SEC Reporting to join our Corporate Finance team at Trimble. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our financial statements and disclosures are accurate, timely, and in full compliance with SEC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reporting calendars and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review periodic SEC filings, including 10Qs, 10Ks, and proxy statements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting operations, stock administration, human resources, controllers, FP&A, legal, internal controls, and third-party vendors.
  • Lead the tie-out and review of earnings releases, web schedules, and conference call scripts.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and update SOX narratives.
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining quarterly and annual accounting memos.
  • Review information from stock administration teams and record or review monthly stock compensation expense.
  • Participate in global mandatory sustainability reporting and provide benchmarking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA certification.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience, including multi-national and public company SEC reporting experience.
  • Basic knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive into details and data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and articulate issues in a clear and simplified manner.
